Overview

The Data & Analysis team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients.  We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.

To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding Senior Analyst – someone who can analyze massive data sets, make insightful cross-channel recommendations, and communicate strategic ideas to clients. Sound like you? Read on.

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts.  You’ll work to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Supporting media forecasting, budget pacing, and performance reporting across paid media channels
  • Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations to clients
  • Connecting the dots across channels through data, including display media, site, search, and social, to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts
  • Communicating with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad hoc requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support the client’s business goals
  • Analyzing site and media data to inform daily and weekly optimizations that improve conversion efficiency (ROAS) and effectiveness (conversion rate)
  • Partnering with data engineering and automation resources to implement databases for reporting and data visualization
  • Identifying and recommending test-and-learn opportunities, and creating, implementing, and measuring test designs in partnership with media teammates

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics or strategy
  • A four-year college degree
  • Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Fluency with Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other common data analysis functions
  • Experience with SQL and dashboarding tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or Meta Ads, is a plus
  • Experience using generative AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, to support analytics work, research, coding, or documentation is a plus
  • Strong paid search experience preferred, with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer media and retail media measurement experience also considered a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $101,010.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
