Overview
We re looking for a Delivery Lead to join our team in Melbourne. In this role you ll be senior leader within the Delivery team, responsible for steering the successful delivery of complex digital/CX programs and projects across your key account. You bring strategic oversight, delivery expertise, and commercial acumen to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll lead from the front, taking hands-on ownership of high-impact projects and campaigns serving as the primary delivery contact for senior clients. You’ll partner closely with Client Services, Intelligence, Technology and Creative teams to shape briefs, define scope, and guide execution. Your ability to anticipate risks, solve problems, and adapt delivery approaches ensures projects remain agile and strategically sound. You bring strong delivery rigour, and commercial accountability to ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. Beyond delivery, you’ll mentor and support your direct reports fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Day to day you’ll get to:
- Lead the successful delivery of digital programs, projects and campaigns across your key accounts
- Own project and campaign delivery end-to-end, serving as the lead delivery contact for clients.
- Collaborate with Technology, Client Services, Intelligence, and Creative leads to ensure alignment from briefing through final delivery.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and margin management across your projects/accounts.
- Proactively identify risks and lead problem-solving to keep projects agile and strategically sound.
- Define and manage project scope, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Lead workshops and meetings with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Kick offs, Discovery and planning workshops,
- Identify and drive opportunities to embed AI into workflows to automate and streamline ways of working, as well as opportunities for client solutions.
- Support with resourcing and team allocation for your accounts/projects.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to your direct reports, acting as the first point of escalation.
Qualifications
The person we are looking for has:
- 7+ years’ experience leading project delivery across workstreams such as CRM, campaigns, content, websites, apps and always-on programs.
- Proven experience delivering complex digital programs across multiple disciplines (creative, strategy, data, technology)
- Proven experience leading end to end delivery of million-dollar programs with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial ownership of scope, budget, forecasting and margin
- Strong understanding of digital project management and production methodologies with ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
- Experience and curiosity embedding AI into workflows to automate and streamline delivery workflows.
- Experience mentoring and coaching PMs/Digital Producers, fostering team growth and collaboration.
- Experience managing production partners, studios and suppliers
