Job Responsibilities:
· Help lead teams in the development and execution of everything from large-scale, multi-channel campaigns to small, one-time projects.
· Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your ideas.
· Direct teams in execution with an appreciation and understanding of craft of both art direction and copywriting.
· Partner with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA and tech to help inform the work.
· Build relationships internally and externally.
Required:
· Four-year degree and at least six years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with experience working on cross-channel campaigns.
· A portfolio showcasing 360 campaign ideas, with social at the head.
· Experience working on and leading productions.
· Examples of work on CPG brands is a plus.
· Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.
· Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
· Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
