Overview

 

As a Technology Analyst, you’ll maintain technical documentation, manage the QA process, participate in brainstorming sessions and manage client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining functional, business and technical requirements
  • Keeping a firm pulse on emerging technologies and shaping technological direction
  • Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Evaluating and selecting 3rd party vendors and playing an active role in the staffing process
  • Partnering with your technical lead and QA to ensure high quality and timely development and delivery
  • Providing status updates as well as technology insights and recommendations to clients

Qualifications

  • A four-year degree (Computer Science or equivalent preferred) and 1 to 3 years of programming, management or comparable experience (creative agency experience desired)
  • Project Management Certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – you’re poised, articulate and convincing
    • Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas
  • Strong understanding of technical processes and how they can address business needs
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, e.g., Scrum and Waterfall
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to be both flexible and effective
  • Deep knowledge of the digital environment as well as QA processes and conventions
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: $49,305-$65,415. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 11/15.
