Overview

  • Content Strategy:
    • Translating client objectives into exceptional strategies, developing programs that effectively communicate a client’s value proposition
    • Building trusted client relationships, keeping them apprised of competitive activity, behavioral shifts, and consumer trends
    • Mastering research tools to ferret out audience insights and landscape trends (e.g. GWI, comScore, MRI, Tubular)
    • Analyzing campaign results to highlight key learnings; translating those learnings into actionable recommendations how to optimize content formats, layouts, CTAs, headlines, etc.
    • Keeping a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in content, what’s winning awards, the trends/best practices we should be implementing
    • Contributing to the development and documentation of best practices across channels, platforms, and formats

 

  • Partnerships:
    • Nurturing relationships and leading communications with publishers, social platforms, talent agencies, influencer-creators, designers, filmmakers, writers, etc.
    • Developing and evaluating RFPs; effectively utilizing research tools to assist investment recommendations
    • Managing pitch process and program development end-to-end, working closely with both clients and partners to create high-quality content
    • Assuming responsibility for activation and optimization of programs, including timelines, asset delivery, and managing all rounds of creative/editorial review between partner and client

 

  • Media:
    • Working closely with Media colleagues to build strategic campaign plans, communicate recommendations, and deliver innovative solutions to client challenges
    • Managing the trafficking and implementation of digital media as well as monitoring campaign

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree and 3-5 years experience in multichannel marketing at either an agency (e.g. in Media Planning), a media company (e.g. Branded Entertainment Division), or similar entity 
  • A track record of working on innovative, content-heavy media programs, an understanding of the media planning/trafficking process and fundamental media metrics and calculations
  • Ability to create compelling presentations; technical and design proficiency in both PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, empathetic, and confident in your recommendations
  • Impeccable attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to stay organized amidst multiple concurrent projects
  • A can-do attitude, a curious mind, and the motivation to learn 

 

The ideal candidate also will have:

  • Digital marketing experience with Sports/Fitness brands or in the Retail sector
  • An eye for talent and experience managing influencer-led marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Excel, Prisma, comScore, Google Campaign Manager
  • Basic working knowledge of at least one major design/editing tool such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: $66,785.00 - $96,690.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
