Overview
The Data & Analysis team leverages data-driven insights to support strategic growth for clients. We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be actively employed to enhance ideas and narratives for our clients.
To support this mission, we’re looking for an exceptional Manager—someone who can assist in fostering strategic client growth, help deliver innovative data-driven solutions to marketing challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing ideas effectively. Job Responsibilities
As a Commerce Data Manager, you will support teams in driving strategic data-driven growth and operational efficiencies with data. You’ll play a crucial role in helping to achieve client goals by uncovering insights and communicating recommendations from brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy. You will assist the Commerce representative for the Data, Platforms, and Intelligence capability and should be able to explain complex Commerce media performance to internal/client teams in an easily digestible manner.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
- Serving as a supporting partner for the client and internal teams by applying conceptual data frameworks and developing effective reporting to evaluate marketing strategies.
- Assisting in the efficient execution of projects, including the adherence to best practices.
- Supporting guidance on process improvements and best practices for data management, including innovative data automation solutions, ensuring marketing data is democratized, reliable, and delivered efficiently.
- Leading a team of 1-2 analysts.
- Assisting in expanding client work, including building recommended approaches and scope.
- Encouraging creative thinking around the use of data to solve unique business challenges in support of all Marketing activities (Media, Creative, CRM, and eCommerce).
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment, including participation in department-wide training efforts and supporting employee career growth.
- Assisting in the development of the Commerce Analytics practice.
- Identifying new online and offline data opportunities in the form of new sources, technology, client priorities, partnerships, etc.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics or strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of digital data technologies (RMNs, DMPs, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.).
- Ability to assist in navigating complex client interactions with composure, ensuring clear communication under tight deadlines and shifting priorities; Comfort managing ambiguity
- Experience assisting in leading and motivating teams in high-pressure situations, balancing client expectations with internal capabilities
- Familiarity with modern statistical learning methods (regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.).
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or training is a plus.
- Passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $137,195. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
