Overview

As a key member of Recruiting Operations team, you will play an integral role in supporting and executing our recruiting strategy.  While it’s not mandatory to have Recruiting/Recruiting Ops experience, we are looking for someone who is hungry to learn and grow in the talent world.

Job Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities include:

 

  • Support and guide the Recruiting team in navigating core systems, including the applicant tracking system and LinkedIn, helping them overcome challenges and implement process improvements.
  • Oversee the national execution of the campus internship program, including recruitment efforts, in-office events, and tracking program progress.
  • Lead Recruiting Team Office Hours to create a sense of community, communicate process updates, and address questions.
  • Establish and maintain checks and balances to ensure core processes are executed with accuracy and all essential documentation is securely and consistently captured.
  • Manage employee transfers across entities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, required documentation is completed, and onboarding is executed seamlessly.
  • Partner with the Recruiting and Recruiter Operations Leads to bring innovative ideas and tactics to life through external branding, events and marketing campaigns.

 

Qualifications

To qualify, you’ll need:

 

  • Four year degree.
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
  • Agency experience desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with a wide range of personalities and work styles.
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong critical, strategic and creative problem-solving skills.
  • High-energy, a positive attitude, hungry to learn and grow and an adaptable team player.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $

60,800 - $84,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
