Digitas offers a variety of reimbursement plans, from education programs to wellness memberships, that invest in our Unicorns holistically.

Full-time Unicorns are eligible for paid leave and gradual transition programs with our Parental & Family Care leave benefit.

Unicorns with new pets are eligible for adoption reimbursements and can work from home for five days to bond with your new furry loved one.

Our monthly coaching program allows employees to speak to a certified coach about the skills and practice they are working to develop or enhance. 

Our 9-week summer internship is designed to provide students with an opportunity to work for a global advertising agency and our countless fortune 500 clients. This crash course in marketing provides students with training, mentoring, and career development support from some of the best talent in the industry.
