As a creative leader at Digitas, you’ll:

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven creative chops: A four-year degree plus 6+ years at a top creative agency, with a portfolio of brand-building, digital, and cross-channel campaigns that turn heads and deliver results.
- A restless mind: Open, curious, and endlessly inventive. You see possibilities everywhere.
- Range of thinking: From social-forward ideas and integrated campaigns to film-first formats and live activations, you can think big and execute across many mediums.
- A maker at heart: Awards are great, but breakthrough thinking and real-world problem-solving impress us more.
- Detailed orientated: You sweat the details and obsess over the finish, because you know craft is what transforms good ideas into great work.
- High emotional intelligence: You lead with empathy, awareness and the ability to inspire clients and colleagues at every level.

Compensation Range: $105,165.00 - $151,095.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
