Overview

SVP, Client Partner is responsible for leading and supporting either single or multiple teams & clients within the agency. The role involves developing strategies to maintain high levels of client satisfaction, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring that services meet client expectations. Additionally, they also help foster cross-functional collaboration and play a critical role in shaping the overall business strategy in alignment with client needs and market trends. 

Job Responsibilities

Day to day, your role will include: 

  • Oversee a major, multi-faceted account portfolio, managing team deliverables and ensuring flawless execution across all workstreams. 

  • Leadership in driving typically $25M+ in revenue, team sizes ranging from 30-50 people with multiple client stakeholders. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure high client satisfaction and collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to client experience.  

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients. 

  • Lead multi-track digital content and ecommerce engagements, understand the interplay between, and ensure we are driving an impact when it all rolls up to client results. 

  • Leverage knowledge of Retail Media and Digital Shelf best practices to make recommendations that will have the most impact to the client’s business and drive innovation. 

  • Lead cross-capability teams responsible for the customer engagement and messaging strategy, creative development, and execution of communications across multiple owned digital and social channels. 

  • Work with cross-disciplinary teams and agency partners to drive integration of Brand and National media with other channels. 

  • Awareness and understanding of SOW and project proposal documents, account planning process, MSA, pricing information (estimates, change orders, new scopes, etc.). 

  • Leads strategy for internal and client QBR activities, looks for opportunities to cross sell and drive organic growth with clients. Leads meetings with cross-functional agency senior stakeholders. 

  • Partners with delivery team to closely manage client business health (margin, etc.). 

  • Work with internal Marketing leads to create annual content calendar for thought leadership, white papers, public speaking and townhalls on relevant Client Service topics. 

Qualifications

We’re looking for a talented SVP, Client Services with impressive work experience, which typically includes: 

  • 15+ years of experience including driving growth for clients through digital marketing capabilities in an agency. 

  • Proven success managing large-scale accounts and budgets.  

  • Strong experience with retail media, ideally working with Amazon or teams buying within Amazon. 

  • Understanding of an omni-channel marketing ecosystem and customer-led marketing strategies. 

  • Experience leading development of social and digital campaigns and integrating them with other channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners. 

  • Self-directed problem solver with excellent conflict resolution and communication skills. 

  • Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships. 

  • Experience leading complex projects and large teams. 

  • Ability to lead a client account portfolio of $25M+. 

  • Proven experience growing client accounts and agency revenue.

Compensation Range: $176,700.00 - $276,648.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
