Overview

  • You’ll serve as a key Digitas thought leader, aligning digital strategy with a client’s broader business goals and objectives.  Your clients’ needs will vary, and may include integrated marketing, media, segmentation, and/or primary research
  • Lead a dynamic team to deliver performance analyses across multiple lines of business in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment
  • Lead and strengthen ongoing client relationships by exceeding expectations across all aspects of the engagement
  • Serve as go-to client and internal resource for strategic issues such as competitive landscape analyses, technology points of view, and budgeting decisions
  • Perform assessments to help clients understand their current marketing and analytics capabilities and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Build and execute a client specific data strategy including performing gap assessments, creating optimal state data plans, and building execution roadmaps
  • Evaluate new online and offline data opportunities in the form of new sources, new technology, client priorities, partnership, etc.
  • Foster creative thinking around how we use data, and we could use data to solve unique business challenges in support of all Marketing activities (Media, Creative, CRM, and eCommerce)
  • Determine new opportunities among existing clients and participating in new business initiatives
  • Contribute to the overall Data & Analysis capability through thought leadership and work innovation
  • Provide support, coaching, and training to assist in career development

Qualifications

  • 14 years of experience in analytics or strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company
  • Experience managing a team of experienced employees
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms like Looker Studios
  • Knowledge of modern statistical learning methods (regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital data technologies (DMPs, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, DSPs, etc.)
  • General knowledge of or direct experience with the media industry
  • Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills
  • In-depth knowledge of and passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • At ease in front of the client, as in-person presentations and meetings are vital in this role
  • Open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $132,715 - $190,680. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
