Manager, Media Business Operations
What you’ll do:
As a Media Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of Media Business Operations initiatives for a specific client(s) as well as a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts (including extended team). The Manager will be responsible for delegating work and prioritizing tasks amongst the team as well as growing a strong Media Business Operations team. The Manager will collaborate with agency teams and external partners to analyze financial inconsistencies and operational trends across a diverse client portfolio with the aim to refine and develop process. Areas of focus will include monitoring overall client(s) financial health, agency systems support, audit compliance, process architecture and agency growth initiatives. The Manager will provide regular feedback and report into the Media Business Operations Associate Director.

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $111,320 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
