To help with this, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Manager of Marketing & Corporate Communications—someone with experience developing and executing internal and external communications, and who's proficient across social platforms and design. What you’ll do - As a Manager, you will:

  • Create and execute strategic internal and external communications that drive growth through social and design-forward storytelling that promotes the agency's work, talent and culture.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of Digitas North America's owned social channels across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, including paid and organic marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include: curating and managing all published content, including writing original, engaging and on-brand copy to reach Digitas’ target audiences, and assisting in the development of creative assets.  Support agency live-stream events, collaborating with production teams across Digitas' North American offices to create, script-write, produce and promote agency happenings and assist in lead generation. Own reporting across all social platforms, monitoring real-time traffic and pivoting and optimizing campaigns in response to engagement. Partner with Digitas' internal social team on paid strategy. 
  • Support a strategic speaker program for the agency, pitching and identifying industry stages for talent. Help build and maintain partnerships with conferences to identify joint-marketing and commercial opportunities and thought leadership platforms. 
  • Maintain marketing calendars to track and plan agency email communications, social promotions, events and experiences, and execute against assets and timelines accordingly.
  • Support the strategy and execution of Digitas’ email marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Assist with agency and talent award submissions, including end of year trade publication evaluations with guidance from senior communications leaders.
  • Support promotion of tentpole events with marketing materials including deck development. 


We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • Four-year degree 
  •  4 - 5 years of PR &/or corporate communications experience, experience in advertising a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a natural storyteller with persuasive writing skills and a passion for editorial and grammatical excellence  
  • The ability to create effective communications strategies and compelling messaging to connect with internal and external audiences
  • Strong design skills with the ability to ideate and create assets for external social posts and internal and external deck presentations
  • Proficiency in and knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote as well as Adobe Creative Suite programs like Photoshop (or Sketch or Canva), InDesign and Illustrator required
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-moving business environment
  • Outstanding judgment and decision-making skills
  • Extensive knowledge of and proficiency in social channels: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram 
  • Proven track record running social media accounts for major organization(s) 
  • Experience creating well-thought-out internal and external PPT presentations that uphold brand standards
