ABOUT ALI WONG
Ali is famous for her stand-up comedy and for being one for the first Asian-American women to lead a Netflix comedy special. Her most recent project, a TV series titled "Beef," just hit the homepage of Netflix, with an 100% on Rotten Tomatoes! Produced by A24 Films, the team that brought home Oscars for "Everything Everywhere All at Once," her newest show is sure to capture everyone’s attention—just in time for our NewFront. She is currently on tour and selling out the largest arenas/stadiums in NYC, Vegas and California.
Ali Wong is a comedian, actress, producer, and writer who first gained fame for her stand-up comedy performances. She has appeared in several television shows and films, including "American Housewife," "Always Be My Maybe" (which she also wrote and produced), and "Birds of Prey." In addition to her comedy work, Wong has also written for the television shows "Fresh Off the Boat" and "Are You There, Chelsea?”

Amy LanziAmy Lanzi was recently named CEO of Digitas North America. In her new role, Amy will focus on delivering new solutions for Digitas clients by utilizing the agency’s creative, media, data and technology expertise. Most recently, Amy was Chief Operating Officer for Publicis Commerce, where she built the commerce offering. She is an instrumental leader for Publicis Groupe, having led growth in the holding company’s new business efforts and modernizing commerce for its clients.
Danisha LomaxAs Head of Client Inclusivity & Impact for Digitas North America, Danisha Lomax takes pride in developing programs that focus on authenticity, cultural impact, and advocacy for women of color. In this position she works to further establish Digitas as a leader in the DE&I and CSR space and engages with clients to drive thoughtful strategies to create a more inclusive work in-market for their consumers.
Jennifer Rivera-VegaAs Head of the Multicultural Advertising discipline at TikTok, Jennifer works in partnership with product, policy, marketing science and creator teams to establish best practices for meaningfully engaging with underrepresented communities. In her first role at TikTok, Jennifer built the Growth Accelerator team, focused on the mid-market, taking the team from 6 to 60 sellers who quickly and effectively penetrated the segment, leading it to become a top revenue driver for North America.
Farah MaloofFarah is the U.S. Head of Industry for the Retail Fashion, Luxury, and eCommerce practices at TikTok. She oversees isales, account management, and industry strategy. She was previously at Walmart where she led strategic media partnerships for influencer marketing, branded content, and affiliate content. Farah gained extensive experience in business development at start-ups in the media eco-system including roles at Brit+Co and VSCO. An entrepreneur at heart, she founded and ran an influencer marketing agency, Storylark. Prior to her move to media, she was a litigation attorney, admitted to the bar in both Florida and New York.
Jessica StaceyJessica is the Senior Vice President of External Communications and Experiential Marketing at Sephora. In her role, Jessica oversees external communications, crisis management, strategic engagements, as well as digital and in-person event programming. During her 16 years at Sephora, Jessica and her team have established Sephora’s culture and initiatives as industry-leading across a variety of media outlets and have created differentiated and inclusive experiential activations and strategic engagements for Sephora’s U.S. clients. In 2018, Jessica ideated the retailer’s first-ever immersive consumer facing beauty experience, SEPHORiA. Together with her team, they executed two live iterations and hosted its first award-winning virtual format in 2021, which expanded globally in 2022.
Pierrah HilaireBased in NYC, Pierrah Hilaire is a content creator, stylist, brand strategist, and filmmaker. She is passionate about uplifting and highlighting emerging brands, especially brands that are Black, POC, queer, PwD, and women-owned. Because there is so much talent that isn’t being noticed within the fashion industry. Pierrah believes that style can be achieved through accessible and sustainable consumption. In 2022, she was featured in Nylon, styled for Pyer Moss, and styled a global campaign for Nike Jordan. More recently, she has amassed over 80K followers on TikTok and Instagram, where she shares styling videos, educational content on Black brands, and the fashion history. She has also done campaigns for Valentino, Lancome, and Alexander McQueen. Pierrah's mission is to empower creatives while also championing the value of creativity.
Lia MicheelsLia Micheels is a Vice President/Director of Media at Digitas and has been with the agency for over 7 years. She leads one of the agency’s core capabilities of connected campaigns (media + creative), with experience in cross-channel strategy, media planning, and buying. As an all-star leader, she has a proven track record of translating her clients’ marketing goals and objectives into successful, data-driven media campaigns and her efforts have driven results for several clients across various industries.
Marc GilbarMarc is President of Imagine Brands, working directly with companies to develop premium storytelling tailored to meet today’s evolving advertising and entertainment landscape. In his five years at the company, Marc has led the team to create award-winning features and short films in collaboration with many of the most creative consumer brands including Coca-Cola, Ford, Apple, P&G, and Unilever to name a few.
Kiana MooreAs the Vice President of Content Production at Vox Creative, Kiana is responsible for the production and strategy of creative work with a growing list of notable brands that include IBM, KitchenAid, Sephora, and Okta. The stories found by Kiana have found homes across notable streaming platforms such as Apple TV+, Hulu, and HBO Max. Last year, Kiana marked her directorial debut with the release of the film “The Beauty of Blackness," a feature-length documentary created in partnership with Vox Creative, Ventureland, Digitas and Sephora.
Scott DonatonAs Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at Hulu, Scott oversees all marketing strategy across the SVOD and live TV businesses, including leading teams of marketers who are responsible for subscriber acquisition, engagement and retention, brand marketing, media, creative, brand partnerships, and consumer research and insights. Prior to Hulu, Scott served as the Global Chief Creative & Content Officer at Digitas, leading the agency's worldwide creative practice including its campaign, content, experience design and production capabilities.
