Digitas Australia deepens strategic partnership with Braze through Alloys Partner Program
CRM, CX and Commerce agency Digitas Australia has announced that it will strengthen its partnership with global customer engagement platform Braze, becoming part of the Alloys Partner Program.
In line with its global strategy as The Networked Experience Agency, Digitas will partner with Braze to enable more of Australia’s leading brands to leverage sophisticated customer engagement strategies that drive loyalty and retention to fuel business growth.
Digitas will build a dedicated Braze capability that is focused not only on maximising the effectiveness of the platform's capabilities for its partners but also on maximising its creative potential.
