Overview

The Data & Analysis team harnesses data-driven insights to support strategic growth for clients. We believe that data should be actively utilized to enhance ideas and strategies for our clients.

 

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Analyst—someone who can play a key role in analyzing data to support client growth, craft data-driven insights to resolve marketing challenges, and effectively contribute to the implementation of marketing ideas. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled analyst to influence data and measurement strategies for some of the largest brands in a rapidly evolving and expanding retail media market.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, you will focus on analyzing data to support client goals and improve operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include delivering regular reports and dashboards to track performance of brand campaigns, acquisitions, site optimizations, and online tests. You ll work closely with team members to provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations, translating complex data into easy-to-understand information for both internal teams and clients. Your work will ensure that decision-makers have the most relevant data at their fingertips to drive marketing success.

 

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Conducting detailed data analysis to extract insights that support marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement data-driven recommendations for optimizing commerce marketing campaigns.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of data frameworks and reporting tools to ensure accurate measurement of marketing performance.
  • Assisting in the identification and exploration of new data sources and technologies to enhance our analytics capabilities.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field within an advertising agency, management consulting firm, or ad tech company.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital data technologies (RMNs, DMPs, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.).
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • A four-year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, and emerging trends in data analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, displaying initiative and a focus on continuous improvement.

Compensation Range: $$72,390 - $109,480. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
