As the face of its first global tourism campaign since 2016, Tourism Australia introduced the world to our nation’s new tourism ambassador: Ruby the Roo. Starring in her own short film, our challenge was to bring her to life digitally in ways that drive consideration for visiting our shores.

SOLUTION

An integrated suite of user-first experiences that invite the world to discover Australia with Ruby. These include an interactive viewing platform where viewers can save locations from the short film while they watch, an AI-powered conversational experience that allows people to have a chat with Ruby in real-time and a personalised quiz that makes planning easier and more fun than ever.
